From personal experience, I’ve dealt with letting agencies that do the bare minimum. This agency was a refreshing change. They were genuinely helpful, easy to communicate with, and made me feel like they cared about their tenants. I’d happily recommend them.

I have been a tenant with RMA Lettings for over six and a half years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They have always been professional, friendly, helpful and reliable, and any issues have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I have always felt well looked after and treated with respect. I would highly recommend RMA Lettings to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional letting agency. Thank you for everything over the years! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dealt with RMA on a 2 bed flat in the Dundee area. Mo and the team were extremely friendly, helpful and responsive at all time. It's 100% been the best service I have had whilst renting.

Plus side was our landlord and others were also very friendly and helpful.

By far the best place to rent with!

Very big thank you to Mo and the team at RMA lettings

Edit 22/08/2026: After 2 years with another letting agent, we ended up renting with RMA again and I just wanted to reiterate how great they are! Always fast and helpful with any repairs or issues; and the process before moving in is made incredibly smooth by both Mo and Fatima.

Fatima and Mo have been an absolute pleasure to work with in the moving in process. They always got back to us quickly and were very helpful with any questions we had.
I’d recommend RMA Lettings to anyone looking to rent in Dundee.

RMA have provided absolutely outstanding service. Mo and Fatima are extremely friendly, approachable, and knowledgable, and they are always willing to answer our questions or concerns thoroughly and quickly, really going the extra mile to make sure of next steps and other issues. RMA clearly really care about their clients, they're so transparent, helpful, and always willing to listen and understand any problems their tenants might have. Easiest 5 stars ever

Great service and very proactive letting agency that looks after prospective tenants and is not waisting anyones time.
Application process is very straightforward forward and easy to understand. All questions answered. Even at tbe first viewing we knew they were looking for good tenants, not showing properties just to tick the box.

I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! As first-time renters moving into our first flat together as a couple, we were naturally nervous about the whole process, but the team made everything feel so easy and stress-free from start to finish.

Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and always happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small or silly they seemed. The communication throughout was fantastic from both Mohsin and Fatima, we were always kept up to date and never left wondering what was happening next.

A special thank you to Mohsin, who even met me with the keys on his birthday! That level of dedication really says everything about the service they provide. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The whole team is honest, trustworthy and incredibly professional. You can tell they have a real passion for property and for helping people find a home. We’re so grateful for everything they did to help us move into our first flat together, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy.

Thank you again for making such an exciting milestone in our lives such a positive experience!
