Maintenance/works fees

Rent guarantee and legal costs plan – 3.6% of gross monthly rental.

24 hour emergency monitoring service – £5.20 per month

Let only fee – 6% of the gross annual rent payment.

Management fee – 10% of the gross rent payment.

Arrangement fee – £250.00 per new tenancy.

Set up costs for let only service – 6% of the gross annual rent payment. (Minimum £300.00 let only fee applies)

Set up costs for a fully managed service – 10% of the gross rent payment per month.
